heres the rj:Do you have the same fear or worry as what Alexis is facing? Why?

enterprise today.

the faci on the 1st meeting vent anger on us!-.- Out of no reason, she raised her voice and say we are like kids, dont know how answer her questions."Why am i guiding u all like kids?this is PBL!"

sigh. friday is always a don't-want-that-day-to-come day. cant she think about how we students feel in her lesson?Definitely a way more different from other facis=( Expected us to recall last week things. As you know, enterprise the module itself is so broad. how can we remember all the things we learn last week. and if we never answer her, she shout back-.- so good. But i know she have our interests at heart, wanting us to score well, can see that. But her way of teaching is like umm....feel stress lar. Mood good good become bad bad just because of her lesson.

okie.enough of her. problem today about Globalisation~ attracting foreign talent, why people come work in singapore, reasons why s'poreans want set up their business in other countries and blah blah blah....

heres the rj:Do you have the same fear or worry as what Alexis is facing? Why?

Yes. With foreigners coming to Singapore to study, there is a great possibility of them competing jobs with us. When that happens, I feel that this will be unfair for Singaporeans as we will face a high rate of unemployment in the future. Not only that, disagreements might occur and conflicts might arise. In some ways, thinking of the positive effects, I feel that by recruiting foreign talent, Singapore can bring in extra revenue, skills and experience and we can learnt from them. This in turn, can help our country to boost our economy.

To feel less fear and less worry as what Alexis is facing, I feel that I could constantly upgrade myself with skills so that I would remain competitive against the foreign talents. Singaporeans should engage in a lifelong learning so that they could constantly upgrade them themselves and not lose to the foreign talents. It actually helps to enhance Singapore's competitiveness and this is viewed as an antidote against unemployment. So in conclusion, I feel that, we Singaporeans could “keep our rice bowl” if we make an effort to learn and upgrade ourselves. When that happens, there will be no need for us to worry about recruiting foreign talents.

OKOK. i know this is so RANDOM to put this ENTERPRISE rj. =)
