The pros :
- yes, i am exempted from some modules and need to study for 1.5 years only. Why not?
- yes, i could have a better paying job
- yes, i could have better job prospects in near future
- yes, why not study when i can?
The cons:
- no, i have to pay $268 for maybank loan during the course of study.
- no, i still need to clear off my RP citibank loan which is $4725
- no, i need to slog and slog just to pay off that monthly installments for loan
- no, would i have the heart to complete that 1.5 year?
- no, is the course really what i wanted?
- no, will i make use of the degree in near future?
yes, i know:
- i could work part time to pay off the loans
- i could take up part time study
But the thing is. i am afraid i am not disciplined enough, to carry such a hefty debt. yes, study = good. i know. how can study be worse. But the circumstances i am facing doesn’t allow me to.
i know i should not and must not stop at a diploma level.
so, after much thoughts, came the conclusion:
- find a full time job that hopefully pays me 1.8 k or even better. 2k please.
- save up $ 500 - $600 monthly
- study for the degree in near future
